The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) spokesperson Celine Pialago wrote an open letter to all the critics of the agency who are criticizing them about the scheme they implemented.
In a lengthly facebook post, Pialago clarified that they are doing their best to provide a solution regarding the provincial bus. However, she said that they are not discriminating the public who are suffering with the scheme they implemented, contrary to what the Vice President Leni Robredo said in her recent statement.
She cited that all the policy are being reviewed by Metro Manila Council before implementing it.
According to MMDA spokesperson Celine Pialago the Metro Manila Council are consists with all the Mayors in Metro Manila.
She then explained in her lenghtly post how the “yellow lane” works and how important it is that needs a “strict implementation”.
